Refund Policy

We have a 30-day full refund return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to process a return.  Please read the specific sections below for more information regarding returns / refunds.  ALL RETURNS must include your order number and name inside the package so we can locate your order in our system.  We do not need a Return Authorization form completed, just your order number and name will work.

We do not currently have an online paddle demo program. We offer demos on our brick and mortar shops and during open play demo days.


RETURNS (IN GENERAL)
To be eligible for a full refund within 30-days of your purchase, your item must be in the "exact same condition" that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns for "like new" or "slightly used" products. The original packaging cannot include tape, labels or other materials used to reinforce the packaging.  The items must be in a "new", re-sellable condition.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to be submitted with your return.

If you have any questions, you can contact us at get@get2Eleven.com.  We may ask for a picture of the item(s) to be sent to us via email prior to taking the next steps in the return process.  Due to the high cost of shipping, we ask that you pay for all return shipments (*see below for more details on specific items).

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  We may require pictures of the shipping boxes for insurance purposes.
 
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, slightly used items or items which were clearly marked "No Returns".  New items purchased which are then used, cannot be returned for a refund.
 
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges.  The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  When your returned item is received, our inspection team will review the item and refund the order if the item is in new condition.
 
REFUNDS (IN GENERAL)
Once the returned item is received and passes inspection, a refund will be processes however if an item fails inspection, you will be notified via email. If the return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
 
UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
On some occasions the delivery service (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) may not be able to distribute the order to the shipping address provided.  This can happen for a variety of reasons including but not limited to, an incorrect or insufficient address.  If the address provided to Pickleball Superstore during the shopping checkout process causes the shipment to be undeliverable, and the order is returned to Pickleball Superstore, the order will be refunded minus any initial shipping costs paid by Pickleball Superstore.
 
*SHOE AND BACKPACK/BAG RETURNS / REFUNDS

For shoe and backpack / bag returns / refunds, we ask that you to cover the cost of shipping back to us, and to include your order number and name inside the package.  We recommend sending your item by a traceable method such as via UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking.  Due to the high cost of shipping shoes, any initial / outbound shipping fees related to returned shoes and backpacks are non-refundable. 
 
*RETURNS / REFUNDS ON MORE THAN 1 ITEM 

When returning more than one purchased item, we ask that you to cover the cost of shipping back to us, and to include your order number and name inside the package.  We recommend sending your item by a traceable method such as via UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking.  Due to the high cost of shipping, any initial / outbound shipping fees related to returns / refunds of more than one item are non-refundable.
