If your Pro XR paddle isn’t the right fit, Get2Eleven offers a 30-day return policy for a full refund. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to process a return.

To qualify for a refund, the paddle must be unused, in its original packaging, and in brand-new condition. "Like new" or "slightly used" paddles do not qualify for a return. Please include your order number and name inside the package to help us locate your order in our system. A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be included.
